1️⃣ There is no probation period for migrant workers, don’t be fooled by the agency saying that you can try out migrant workers at your home for free.
2️⃣ When negotiating with the agency about the registration fee, introduction fee (i.e. agency fee) and service fee, pay attention to the price range.
3️⃣The agency fee shall not exceed one month’s salary of the foreign worker, and no labor purchase fee shall be charged; the employer’s service fee shall not exceed two thousand yuan per year.
4️⃣ When signing a service contract, pay attention to the scope of service and the agreement on liquidated damages, and accurately record the amounts charged.
