勞動部勞動力發展署跨國勞動力管理組副組長蘇裕國說，往後除了報考華語文能力的口語測驗，也可報考聽力測驗，兩種測驗擇一報考即可，移工若參加線上語言學習課程達一定時數，也可採認。
此外，蘇裕國說，採認方式還包括雇主自評，只要雇主認為所聘雇的移工具備語言溝通能力，就可申請；或比照現行產業移工做法，再比原定薪資門檻多出2000元，如家庭看護工薪資達2萬6000元、機構看護工3萬1000元也可。
